Me
Hi! My name is Alyssa, and I am a freelance graphic designer. My life up to this point has always included an interest in visual arts. I started with drawing and painting little ceramic houses, and later got into coloured pencil and charcoal. In high school, my art teacher introduced me to acrylic painting and I instantly loved it. Because of her, my love for various forms of art continues to grow.
Once I discovered graphic design, my perspective on art and visual communication grew. Now I see design in everything I look at, it's difficult not to! My focuses of design are branding, web design, and print. On the side, I love doing illustrations and hand lettering projects.
When I'm not working or building my portfolio, I enjoy learning different ways to make visual art. Currently, I love watercolour painting, gouache, and crochet. I am obsessed with matcha, chai, and raspberry tea.
